We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on 25 May 2018 across the entire European Union (EU). The Swiss version of the GDPR, a new Federal data protection law, is in the pipeline. As a talent and a client of Modarta Talent Agency we treat your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. On this page we provide you information of how we treat your personal data and which precaution we take to secure your data. Data Encryption

All access to our webservers are exclusively encrypted with an SSL certificate (https://). All administrative access of our employees are also exclusively encrypted.

Service Provider

We only work with third party service providers (e.g. hosting partner, cloud partner) which comply to the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The server of or hosting provider is based in Great Britain and they also comply to the GDPR. Also the cloud providers have adapted their privacy policies.

Principle of Data Minimization

We only save personal data that we need for the successful completion of our services. Thereby, we apply the principle of data minimization. Access to your personal sensitive data is only applied when we need it in order to supply our services.

Rights of Users

After the regulations of the GDPR users have the right to get information about how their personal data is stored, treated and secured at our agency. Furthermore, you can apply for a terminal deletion of all your personal data at any time. Thereto, you can simply write us an email. If we do not receive a request to have your data deleted, we reserve the right to store application documents with us for the purpose of reviewing and processing them or for possible future cooperation.

Modarta Talent Agency as Data Processor

We might act as a data processor in some cases: we process personal data on behalf of our client and forward them to our client. Since the GDPR applies to all companies which work with personal data, all clients (for example, production companies, photographers or ad agency),  have to make sure themselves to comply to the GDPR and work only with third party service providers that comply to the new regulations. Modarta Talent Agency cannot be held responsible for their client’s compliance of the regulations.

If Modarta Talent Agency receive personal data from third parties (partner agencies, caster) you can be assured that we treat the personal data in compliance of the new regulations.

Clients may also file an agreement about the data process with Modarta Talent Agency.
